Description of Service

Venom Car AI lets you upload a car photo and an optional badge image, and request a 15-second symbiote car build video. The result is generated by an external AI service, so appearance, timing, audio, and processing time can vary.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Upload a person's image without the rights or consent needed for your intended use.

Payment and Billing

Credits are sold as one-time purchases in USD: $9.90 for 20 credits, $22.99 for 50, $39.99 for 90, $56.99 for 135, $99.99 for 240, and $184.99 for 450. There is no automatic renewal, and purchased credits do not expire. For a 15-second Standard video, 480p costs 15 credits and 720p costs 25 credits. Perfect recreation uses a selected site video as a motion and camera reference: 480p costs 60 credits and 720p costs 100 credits. This mode name does not guarantee identical frames, timing, vehicle details or audio. Failed or canceled tasks return their reserved credits. A completed AI result may differ from a preview; dissatisfaction is a separate support matter. Monetary refunds are handled according to applicable law and the checkout provider's terms.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. You may contact support to request account closure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
